Hiking
Tunisia’s National Parks offer splendid hiking, especially Ichkeul National Park – one of the largest wintering sites for birds in the Mediterranean basin. Not to be missed is also Boukornine National Park, which is carpeted by Persian cyclamens that flower each spring, and the Khroumirie Mountains, where you can climb to the top of Jebel Bir (1,041m/3,415 ft) and the Col des Ruines overlooking the village.
